The delivery days are Monday to Friday .
The store has an obligation to communicate by telephone with the customer to arrange the delivery day.
The delivery time is determined depending on the product.
For products in collaboration with Greek companies from 2 to 5 days.
Products in collaboration with European companies will be sending from 3 to 6 days.
Products in collaboration with American companies 3 to 4 weeks.
The cost of each shipment shall be borne by the customer
Shipments are made in Greece by courier company to the address you provided. For areas which characterize courier brands of remote and inaccessible, the missions are the Post Office and receive either the postal hub, or at your local post office. Missions abroad are made with only the post office.

Late order

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

• The product has been delayed shipment from our supplier:.
• To be able to offer very competitive prices, ordering our products from a vast range of suppliers either domestic or international. But there are cases where an order we may be delayed in customs or in transit.

The product you ordered has been discontinued and is not available:

• Among the products that we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier is suddenly and unexpectedly announced that repeals. In this case one of our staff will contact you to give you all the alternatives.
• In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order.
   

In this case we will return immediately Robotmania.gr product value (packing and shipping is not refundable). As a user-customer of this store are eligible to register without justification within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of product to rescind the contract and returned the equivalent, without your financial burden in addition to packing, shipping and return. Any returns will be accepted provided the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition without damaging the package, along with the sales receipt or invoice.
The refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive your deposit in your bank account. If paying by Paypal refunded the amount paid, minus the percentage withheld from Paypal.
